Weekly Update 9/18

Weekly Update 9/18

As Wesleyan Christians we are rooted in scripture. The Bible is both the source of our faith and the measure of our spiritual authenticity. We embrace a dynamic, not a static view of scripture. The Bible becomes the living Word as we engage it under the guidance of the Spirit and are transformed into the image of Christ.

“Read Faithfully”

From The Pastor

Charge Conference, Pumpkin Patch and Fall Festival.  I know it is hard to believe, but I started working on the sermon series for advent this week.  Each year time seems to move faster and faster.  Once we conclude the Wesleyan Rooted series we will have two more sermon series to finish out the year.  I’m am really excited for the next two series.  Our next series is called Re-Shaped.  We will be looking at change and why it is good.  For Advent our series is called On the Way to Bethlehem.  We will be looking at some of the places mentioned in scripture and the journey through them as we work our way to Bethlehem and that starry night.

Church Center App

Church Center – Our new church management software is called Church Center. Please download the application on your phone.  We will be transitioning our church-wide communication to this method.
